Ambrosia in Valletta offers intimate yet lively dining and creative food

Ambrosia is a small yet comfortable and cosy restaurant in Valletta, famous for its lively atmosphere, creative menu and fresh foods. The decorations of hanging mirrors from the ceiling, warm colour walls adds to Ambrosia’s charm and makes you feel right at home.

It is one of the most popular restaurants in Valletta, and that is probably for the quality of the food and the manners of the staff: they always greets you with a smile and the chef might even come by to see how you liked your meal.

The creative menu is written on a blackboard and changed daily. The philosophy of the restaurant is to use fresh local products and cook according to the Slow Food philosophy.

You might have the luck to try their famous pumpkin soup, goat’s cheese soufflé and braised lamb shank. The bistro style Ambrosia serves Italian, Maltese and Spanish food and it is open for lunch and dinner.
